If You Are in Crisis or Need Immediate Support
If you are in crisis or feel at risk of harm to yourself or others, it’s important to seek immediate help from emergency services or crisis support providers.
You can contact:
Emergency Services – Call 999 if you or someone else is in immediate danger
NHS 111 – Call 111 for urgent medical or mental health advice.
Local A&E or Mental Health Crisis Team – Visit your nearest hospital or contact your local NHS crisis team.
